Building organisations through better talent decisions.
People are the primary driver of organizational performance. With 15 years of operational experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), we partner with enterprises, institutions, and high-growth businesses to secure critical talent, establish proportionate HR governance, and align human capital with strategic goals.
Direct Senior Partnership: You work directly with senior leadership throughout every engagement. There are no junior handoffs, no delegate models, and no generic frameworks applied without context.
Building core capability, workforce planning, job architecture, and talent benchmarking to scale operations and prepare for second-stage funding.
Hiring scarce technical skills at pace and delivering platform transformation across distributed EMEA teams.
Retained HR advisory, compliance alignment (BCEA, LRA, EEA), performance management architecture, and ongoing people governance.
Building work-ready graduate pipelines and early-career readiness programs.
Nobody wakes up needing "advisory." They wake up with a problem.
So that is where we start. Find the challenge that sounds like yours — each one maps to work we have done before.

What Sits Beneath Our Work
People are the primary driver of organizational performance.
Whether the focus is securing critical talent, developing leadership capability, strengthening graduate employability, or ensuring governance and compliance across workforce practices, our objective remains the same: to align an organization's people and capability with its strategic goals.
We do not apply standardized templates. We take the time to understand your operational context—how decisions are made, where capability gaps exist, and what success requires—to design solutions tailored to your organization.
The firm exists for the people rebuilding how their organisations work — the founders, the technology leaders, the HR and L&D teams, and the graduates deciding not to wait. Not inspiration. Infrastructure.
About the firm →Your graduate pipeline partner — because we already understand their world.
This is a substantial part of the firm, not a side offering. Fifteen years of hiring across banking, fintech and technology means we know what "ready" actually looks like to an employer — and we build early-talent pipelines against that bar, not a generic one.
The readiness work goes deep. Over a structured journey — professional identity, workplace behaviour, communication and influence, interview and salary fluency, the first ninety days — graduates move from technically capable to genuinely employable. Universities gain outcomes; employers gain candidates who match; graduates gain a foundation they can build income on now. This is where Work Without Waiting™ lives.

Building capability through people — for nearly fifteen years.
CodeMatch began in specialist technical recruitment. Over time the questions got deeper. Not only who to hire, but how a role should be defined, how performance should be judged, how a new joiner should be brought in, and how a leader should learn to lead. Three practices emerged from that: Talent Acquisition, Talent Advisory, and Learning & Development.
The organisations we serve rarely have a talent problem in isolation. More often, what the business is trying to build and what its people are actually working toward have quietly stopped speaking the same language. Our contribution is to bring the two back into conversation, so the organisation people experience is the one leadership intended.
We work quietly, in the register of a firm that would rather show its record than describe itself.
The offering widened because the work demanded it — never because a brochure did.
From scaling contracting teams for a bank, to enabling an engineering organisation's shift to a product model, to rebuilding an HR function from contracts upward, to teaching graduates how to name their worth — each engagement asked for the next capability. The firm you see today is the accumulation of those demands, met.
What follows from that history is a bias for systems that get used, evidence that can be counted, and advice given plainly.
Function before title
We build for what a role must deliver, not the label a candidate or org chart would prefer.
Designed to be adopted
A framework that is not used is not finished. We design for the day-to-day, not the shelf.
Fit is a competency
How a person will work within a team is weighed as deliberately as what they can do.
Evidence over assertion
We would rather show a number the work produced than claim a quality we hope you assume.
People and performance together
We do not trade the humane against the effective. Done well, they are the same decision.
Say it plainly
Clarity is a form of respect. We tell clients what we see, including when it is inconvenient.

Work with a firm that treats your organisation as a system, not a vacancy.
The ideas the work is built on.
Convictions, not slogans. They are the reasons we make the choices we make — and the standard we hold our own work to.
The code is embodied, not written.
An organisation's real standards live in behaviour, not documents. Culture forms with or without intent. The first act of the work is to make the embodied code visible — so a company can see the story it is actually telling its people.
Effort follows alignment, not instruction.
When what a business is building and what its people are working toward point the same way, effort compounds. When they drift, it leaks away — the meeting nobody was honest in, the talented joiner gone by month five. You cannot instruct your way out of that. You can only close the gap in language.
Needs come before targets.
People deliver when their social, relational and emotional needs are met — respect, safety of body and mind, trust, care and shared values. No KPI compensates for their absence. Meet them, and capability that was always there is released.
A match is compatibility, not coverage.
A candidate who meets every requirement can still be the wrong hire. Fit is about how someone will work inside a particular team's ways of working. Scored deliberately, it stops being a gut call made in the final interview.
Capability is opportunity, held in reserve.
Most people already carry more value than they can name or price. Employability is less often a skills gap than an articulation gap. Close it, and a qualification becomes a foundation to build income on today.
"People protect themselves instead of doing their best work — until something in the system tells them they no longer have to."
This is the thread from a scorecard to a leadership programme to a graduate workshop. Each removes a reason people hold back, and replaces it with a reason to commit.

Building new capability
Standing up a function, discipline or team that has never existed in the organisation before.
Hiring scarce skills
Competing for specialist technical talent where a slow hire delays everything built around it.
Building a graduate pipeline
Universities and employers who need early talent that is both work-ready and worth hiring — sourced, prepared and matched by a partner who knows the space.
Developing leaders
Moving capable individuals into leadership, and needing them aligned and equipped to lead well.

We advise on this for a living. We hold ourselves to it too.
A small, senior practice where the work is varied and the standard is high. We hire for how you think and how you work with people — the same way we counsel our clients to.
Range, judgement and a bias for being useful.
- iComfort moving between a search brief, a workforce plan and a facilitation room in the same week.
- iiThe instinct to make a system legible — to write down what has only ever been embodied.
- iiiCare for both sides of every engagement: the organisation's goals and the people who deliver them.
- ivThe confidence to tell a client what you see, and the warmth to make it land.
